Article 29 (goals of education) Education must develop every child’s personality, talents and abilities to the full. It must encourage the child’s respect for human rights, as well as respect for their parents, their own and other cultures, and the environment.
Our 5 main key priorities for this year are:

Reading- Support parents to ensure every child reads regularly at home.

English - Encourage successful communication, through an oracy framework.

Curriculum - Ensure all teachers are fully knowledgeable and confident in delivering the maths and arts curricula.

Personal Development- Enable pupils to take part in a rich variety of activities though after-school clubs.

Behaviour and Attitudes - Improve behaviour, attitudes and communication during social times.
