Do you have a child who is due to start Reception next year?
If so, please read this information carefully about how to apply online for a Reception place.
Children are admitted into school when they are 4 – 5 years old.
- The Local Authority is responsible for allocating places in Reception and also for children joining school later in KS1 and KS2. Application forms can be obtained from the school office or from the Local Education Admissions Department. (Telephone 0121 303 1888)
We would ask you to visit www.birmingham.gov.uk/schooladmissions and submit an online application from 1st October 2023 and by 15 January 2024 (the final closing date).
We would strongly recommend that you ensure you read the ‘Primary Admission Arrangements 2024’ information prior to submitting your application. Further information can be found in the 'Reception Letter to Parents 2024', available to download below.
If your child moves to another school please inform the office the name of their new school and the date he/she is leaving.
