We recognise that many children learn best when their sensory needs are understood and supported.

 

Our Resource Base provides a range of sensory opportunities throughout the day to help pupils feel calm, regulated and ready to learn. This includes access to sensory circuits, a sensory room, movement breaks, visual supports, sensory resources and personalised sensory strategies tailored to individual needs. Staff work closely with families and professionals to identify the approaches that are most effective for each child, helping them to develop self-regulation, independence and emotional wellbeing.

 

The Resource Base environment has been carefully designed to provide a calm, structured and nurturing space where pupils feel safe, supported and able to succeed.
